In the past year, Project AMPLIFI has supported the transfers of 16488 residents, allowing clinical documentation to be seamlessly exchanged between health systems and their network of long-term care homes.

MEDITECH Train- the- Trainer Sessions

We are thrilled to continue our journey towards enhancing care quality and streamlining workflows through Project AMPLIFI. In our commitment to fostering effective collaboration and ensuring seamless transitions in care for long- term care residents, we are currently engaging clinical leads, educators, and team members involved in nursing, pharmacy, physicians, and unit administration. These individuals play a pivotal role in patient admissions and discharges, making their participation in our drop-in sessions invaluable.

We have invited Project Managers at all Phase 1 MEDITECH sites to encourage all staff groups impacted by these workflows to partake in at least one of the ten optional drop-in sessions we have scheduled. Coordinating their attendance is crucial. We have sent out calendar invites for all the session dates and times. Make sure to forward the session invites to your teams!

These interactive sessions are tailored for ED and Inpatient clinical leaders, managers, educators, nurses, and unit clerks. They aim to:

  • Provide a comprehensive background and overview of Project AMPLIFI.
  • Demonstrate critical workflows in a test environment, essential for the success of the project.
  • Share insights on the available training resources and guide on how to access them.
  • Discuss the challenges of implementing change and highlight resources to support effective change management.

Your active participation and feedback are vital in bringing us closer to achieving our project goals and enhancing the continuity of care. We deeply appreciate your continued partnership and collaborative efforts in this significant initiative.

Thank you for your dedication and commitment to excellence in patient care.
