Project Update
We’re thrilled to share the latest updates on Project AMPLIFI with you. As we continue to work towards seamless data integration, we are preparing for the upcoming go-live integrations scheduled for February 2023. This includes 11 longterm care homes being integrated across the three active projects.
We have completed engagement sessions with leadership from both hospitals and long-term care homes to ensure everyone is aware of the integration process. Our goal is to make the integration process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Our team is constantly looking for ways to improve our services, so please let us know if you have any suggestions or feedback.
Did you know?
Did you know that Project AMPLIFI has already facilitated over 6,342 data exchanges between hospitals and long-term care homes? This means that healthcare providers from both sides now have more timely access to important patient information, which leads to better coordination of care and improved outcomes for patients.
