As a staff member of a Project AMPLIFI Hospital or Long-Term Care site who has implemented the PointClickCare solution, you are invited to participate in the Benefits Realization Research Survey to evaluate the effectiveness and utilization of the PointClickCare data integration solution.

The survey has been approved by the Hamilton Integrated Research Ethics Board under Project #4406.
