Virtual Engagement Sessions
As part of the comprehensive training and change management plan for Project AMPLIFI, the project team is pleased to offer recurring virtual engagement sessions for LTC homes already live on the integration. We are excited to learn more from people leaders and staff about the success of implementation and support your organization as it continues to utilize new workflows.
The sessions will occur monthly; we welcome you and your team to participate in this opportunity on multiple occasions as you continue to learn and adopt these new workflows.
The purpose of these sessions is to:
- Review key workflows
- Identify any barriers or challenges to adoption
- Discuss opportunities and strategies to ensure successful implementation and ongoing success
- Collaborate with and learn from others engaged in this work

On- Site Support
We have had the opportunity to complete on-site visits with LTCHs and Health Systems across the province. These in-person meetings positively impact collaboration and engagement between the home, hospital and project team, contributing to uptake and success.
